Design Narrative:

The NOR St. Lucia Wide Dresser brings sculptural restraint to everyday storage. Rooted in 1930s modernism, its proportions feel architectural yet warm, with open cubbies and drawer faces that blend into a unified horizontal form.

Built to function as both centerpiece and support, it aligns effortlessly with the shared design language of the NOR, St. Lucia, and Paloma collections.

Craftsmanship & Materials:

The body and frame are constructed from kiln-dried solid oak, with commercial-grade plywood used for the side, top, and back panels to prevent bowing or splitting. Six full drawers (8.3"H) and two accessory drawers (6"H) offer spacious storage, all with solid mahogany drawer boxes, English dovetail joinery, and Hettich soft-close slides. Drawer fronts are solid oak and 16" deep.

Two open storage cubbies (6"H) include rear cord access for discreet device charging or media integration. The bottom two drawers are cedar-lined.

An inset internal concrete panel in the rear provides built-in anti-tip safety—hidden, but essential.

This dresser was designed to accompany the NOR and St. Lucia beds, yet its clean-lined structure and shared materiality also make it a perfect match for the Paloma collection. All three collections are grounded in carved simplicity, sculptural proportions, and a belief in lasting materials—allowing pieces to be mixed across the home without disruption of vision or balance.
